Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sprint AI Studios is a trade name operated by ASI Innovative Solutions LLC. All refunds are processed by ASI Innovative Solutions LLC.
1. Service-Based Refunds
As a professional services company, refunds are handled differently than product sales. This policy covers project cancellations and refund eligibility.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
2.1 Before Work Begins

2.2 After Work Has Begun

| 26-50% complete | Refund unused portion minus 50% of project value |
| 51-75% complete | Refund unused portion minus 75% of project value |
| Over 75% complete | No refund; remaining balance may still be due |
3. Project Cancellation by Us
If we must cancel a project:
- Full refund for any undelivered work
- Delivery of any completed portions
- 30 days notice when possible
4. Retainer Services
4.1 Monthly Retainers
- Cancellation: 30 days written notice required
- Unused hours: Do not roll over or refund unless otherwise agreed
- Early termination: Current month is non-refundable
5. Hourly Projects
- Billed for time worked
- Unused hours from prepaid blocks may be refundable
- Minimum billing increments apply (typically 15-30 minutes)
6. Deliverables Upon Cancellation
When a project is cancelled:
- You receive work completed up to cancellation date
- Deliverables provided after final payment for completed work
- Work-in-progress may be provided at our discretion
7. Disputes & Satisfaction Issues
If you're unsatisfied with our work:
- Contact us immediately to discuss concerns
- We'll work to address issues within scope
- Additional revisions may be offered
- Partial refunds considered case-by-case
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs (software licenses, hosting, etc.)
- Rush fees for expedited delivery
- Completed and approved milestones
- Consultation fees (unless otherwise agreed)
9. How to Request Cancellation/Refund

- Include: Reason for cancellation, project details
- Response: Within 1-2 business days
10. Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of approval
- Refunded to original payment method when possible
- Check or wire transfer for large refunds
